THE HOUSE
ONE HOUSE. MANY STORIES.
ONE BLACKBOOK.
A creative headquarters for people, ideas and places that matter.
Concept in development · Concept visualisation · Location to be determined.
Discover the nine stories ↓The House brings The BlackBook's creative practice, books, photography, furniture with a story, machines, objects, clothing, hospitality and encounters into one working world. Nine stories share one home. Each can stand on its own; together they make the House.
This is a proposed world. The building has not been realised and a location has not been fixed. The House is not open to visitors.

Nine stories.
One creative house.
THE STUDIO
Ideas become worlds.
The creative engine of The House: discovering ideas, reinterpreting places and designing experiences.
POSSIBLE / IDEA INTELLIGENCE, with FORGE as its tool. LIMINAL STATE / SPATIAL INTELLIGENCE, with THE FIELD as its tool. REGARD / HUMAN EXPERIENCE INTELLIGENCE.
CANON, FOUNDATION and METHOD — the Spatial Intelligence Trilogy — and REGARD, its own Human Experience Intelligence publication, are the four BlackBook books. These form the intellectual basis of the proposed House; publications remain in development.
THE WORKSPACE
The working world.
A found reading table, everyday desk, archive cabinets, sitting area, a Porsche and a single distinctive motorcycle. A place for real work, reading, photography, meetings and receiving people.
The table is a working surface, reading place, presentation table and meeting point.
FURNITURE WITH A STORY
Every piece has a past.
Found furniture with documented histories, used within the working studio. Selected pieces receive a unique number and story tag; the buyer receives a personal BLACK FURNITURE BOOK in a matte black box.
Unknown provenance remains unknown. A developed concept, not an inventory of available pieces.
PHOTOGRAPHY
A different way of seeing.
An independent discipline spanning architecture, hotels, people, machines, coast and landscape. The House is its workspace, archive and place to present work.
Photography has value as work in itself: commissions, prints, editorials and publications.
MACHINES & PLACES
Stories worth finding.
The Porsche is the recognisable hero object and a distinctive motorcycle adds character. Machines connect routes, photography, craft, design and places.
The House is the starting point; the outside world is the setting. An editorial world, not a vehicle dealership.
THE EDIT
Things worth keeping.
A small curated selection of books, prints, objects and clothing. Meaning determines what belongs. The House Collection, photography and Furniture with a Story become tangible here.
Second Peak can be present as a connected clothing and movement world. THE BUILT HOUSE / Fuel Bar remains a separate retail concept, not the financial or hospitality basis of The House.
OUT THERE
The world is the field.
Drives, photo walks, architecture and place expeditions, House Sessions and BlackBook Journeys extend the House into the world. Each has a clear editorial question and something to discover.
Proposed formats, not scheduled public events.
THE HOUSE EXPERIENCE
A world worth entering.
Arrival, coffee, the table, Library, Studio and Collection form one visitor journey. The BlackBook demonstrates its own craft through thresholds, expectations, rituals, use, departure and memory.
Coffee primarily expresses hospitality, not a separate café business. REGARD can investigate and document the experience.
THE BUSINESS
Making the world work.
One company with several ways to create value. The Studio is the commercial backbone; photography, publications, objects, clothing, experiences and partnerships are tested in stages.
The House supports work and conversations. A proposed world, developed step by step.
Ten spaces.
Nine stories.
Ten physical elements within one House. Not nine rooms. Not nine separate businesses.
